Terms and Conditions of Usage of PhotoCactus Free Images Upload service

The following images or photos are not permitted to be uploaded using our service:
1- Pedophiliac type of images. These are images files that includes, but not limit to, any persons under the age of 18 posing as model or participate in any sexuality scence.
2- Illigal files under your country law and Australian and Unite state of America law are not permitted.
3- Do not upload pornographic images. All images deem pornographic in nature will be moderated and deleted.
4- Copyrighted images and photo material are prohibitted. You shall not upload any images that infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
5- Images or photos whose intended use or purpose is:
o to harass individual or group of people. For example: Racism is not permitted to upload.
o to show evidence of the black-hat hacking of systems to which user does not have authorized access.
